Turning cluttered images into scroll-stoppers

Challenge
This store offers shelves, but inconsistent and cluttered visuals made it difficult for customers to quickly understand what was being sold or feel the "pull" while scrolling in search.

Across listings, competing elements distracted from the product itself — reducing clarity, trust, and conversion.

Objective
Improve click-through-rates in search and conversions by decluttering the images and styling the shelves with minimal, cohesive decor.

Approach
We decluttered listing images and introduced a more minimal, consistent visual direction across the store — working entirely with existing photos.

Through a fully digital transformation, we refined composition, styling, and visual hierarchy to remove distractions and bring focus back to the product - without the need for new photoshoots.

Result
Following a major thumbnail rework across the store, in less than 30 days both traffic and conversions went up with some listings reaching up to 25% conversion on peak days, a very rare result in the home decor space.

Shaping customer experience to boost conversions

Challenge 
Our client offered multiple design variations, but each was listed separately — limiting visibility, fragmenting traffic, and reducing conversion potential.

Improve conversion by enhancing the customer experience and presenting product options more effectively.

Approach
We restructured the catalog to unify all variations into a single, optimized listing experience.
Instead of splitting designs across multiple listings, we created a unified catalog + variations structure where each listing showcases all available options. This made it easier for customers arriving from search to browse variations, compare designs, and make faster purchase decisions — all in one place.

Result
In less than a year, orders grew from 1 to 33 per month — a 33× increase transforming a non-performer into a best-seller through improved shopping experience.

From Plain Listings to a Scalable Brand

Challenge
The store had strong products but relied on plain visuals that didn’t stand out in search or communicate value effectively. Listings lacked differentiation and emotional appeal, limiting both click-through and conversion potential.

Approach

Stage 1: Foundation

The store relied on simple product shots on neutral backgrounds, with limited differentiation in search and low emotional appeal.

Stage 2: Visual Upgrade & Brand Concept

Using only existing photos, we executed a fully digital transformation — enhancing thumbnails and listing visuals to improve clickability and clarity. At the same time, we introduced a cohesive “Secret Garden” concept, creating an immersive brand experience and positioning the products as more “delicious” and adding the "naturals" appeal.

Stage 3: New product line co-creation

With a clear visual direction in place, we reimagined packaging with a stronger focus on scents and sensory appeal. This allowed us to co-develop new product lines based on market insights, elevating the overall brand experience.

Result
The store evolved from plain product listings into a cohesive, recognizable brand — improving engagement, strengthening perceived value, and enabling scalable growth through new product lines.This identity was then carried beyond Etsy, seamlessly extending into their Shopify and Amazon channels.
